Refunds policy

At ShredScientist, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness and nutrition coaching services with integrity, personalization, and value. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

1. Digital Programs and Coaching Services

All purchases of coaching plans, digital programs (e.g., diet plans, workout routines), and other downloadable or access-based services are non-refundable. Once access is granted or a customized plan has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

This is because our services involve significant time, effort, and resources invested in personalized planning.

2. Subscription-Based Services

If you are enrolled in a subscription plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future payments but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances, at the sole discretion of ShredScientist:

  • You were charged more than once for the same service.

  • You did not receive the service or plan after payment due to a technical error or system failure.

  • You cancel within 24 hours of payment and no plan or service has been delivered.

4. No Refund for Lack of Results

5. Rescheduling and Missed Consultations

If you miss a scheduled one-on-one session without 24 hours’ prior notice, it will be considered a completed session and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Exceptions will only be made in case of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
